Who is in YOUR Inner-Circle?

It is time to evaluate who you’re allowing into your inner circle. Those people have the most influence on your life.

I remember when I first started following Les Brown. I love his laugh it’s the cutest thing I’ve ever heard. If you don’t know who he is, look him up. He is a World-Class Motivational Speaker in the United States.  Anyway, he talks a lot about choosing the RIGHT people to be inside your inner-circle. I have the same discussion with women who are first starting out in business and women who have been in business for years.

It never fails, their personal relationship patterns start to affect their business growth. They find it hard to figure out why they have such a hard time TRUSTING support and DELEGATING work. They have TOXIC relationships that keep their level of success at a stand still. Yet, they have a hard time making the decision to end those unhealthy relationships.

I’m not going to lie, some people in my own life were hard to let go. Even when I knew it was for the best. Eventually, I had to make the decision to let go of anyone that would keep me from GROWING the way God called me to. I evaluated each relationship and how it affected me mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. When I knew it wasn’t a good relationship, I would make the decision to end it. Then I would trust my decision.

You have to surround yourself with people that encourage and empower you. Not “yes men”, but “I support you, men”.

You have to surround yourself with people who are just as invested in your personal growth as you are. That often takes a professional coach who isn’t emotionally invested in your circumstances. It will take a person who is unbiased to the decisions you make. Are you ready to say “YES” to your Dream Life and BIZ!?

I’m looking for Entrepreneurial Women of Purpose to work one on one with me in my 3-Month Coaching Program called “The Abundant Entrepreneur”.

Book a Complimentary Discovery Session with me at my Booking Page!

Blessings in abundance,
